1 Additional defendants named from the bush administration
The US Court of Appeal for the ninth circuit had confirmed that the judges attending would be Judges Susan Graber and Andrew Hurwitz. The arguments in respect to the unique case are being put forward by an Iraqi woman Sundar Shaker Saleh who claims that the invasion of Iraq was unlawful. In her case against the bush administration, Saleh also names additional defendants, Condoleezza rice, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolowitz, Colin Powell and Richard Cheney.
